You ladies have shown that you are dedicated to the sport and I'm sure will prove to be great leaders on and off the court. As cheesy as this sounds attitude is everything so I expect my captains to stay positive, be focused and help lead our team to success. More specific duties will be added as needed.

Also, I loved the cheers you guys came up with today. We will work on the warm up a little more at the next practice. If you have ideas for a warm up that you liked from another team let me know and I'll see about incorporating it.
Defensive point: When playing back row, don't forget to charge the hole (and play up) on cross court attacks.
