Pracitce/Tournament Sunday

We have practice tomorrow at St. Andrews from 2-4.

Our tournament is this Sunday, please be there at 7:30am.  We ref the first game.  The tournament is at the Albany Boys and Girls Club:

Albany Boys & Girls Club
1215 Hill Street SE
Albany, Oregon  97322

For more information you can go to the CEVA website and click on the Power League 2011 schedule then scroll down to find us.  You can find who is in our pool and what our pool play schedule will be if your interested.

Please let me know if you will not be there, so far I believe everyone will be there as no one has emailed or texted me to tell me otherwise.

Last, I've told the girls many times that we will play in regional tournament, so hopefully parents have heard the news by now.  This is likely not going to be in Corvallis, we have to be in the top 65 teams to play there, this tournament will likely be a one day tournament on April 16th or 17th, more information will come after this Sunday's tournament.  If you already know you can't make it then please let me know.

Thanks,
Rachael

Practice Tuesday 3/29

We are taking the U14s practice from 6-7:30 Tuesday at St. Andrews.  Great second half of the tournament.  We just need to figure out how to motivate ourselves earlier!  Especially a great job to Hailie you did a great job on your serves and came up with some big points under pressure, well done!

Sunday Tournament 3/6 at Mt Hood CC

Please be at the Gym at 7:15.  We play first at 8:00am.  When I get out of the coaches meeting I should be able to go out onto the court to see my entire team warming up.  If you're late it will be reflected in your playing time for the first match of the day.  Also, remember your playing time will be effected by your practice attendance and practice attention.

We are going to pack our own lunch and please remember you have to keep it in the car. This facility allows no food and drink anywhere inside.  The tournament director will give a 10 point penalty if that rule is not followed.

Here is the tournament schedule and Pool. For more information go to March Power League on Ceva's website.

Hi Ladies,

It looks like we ref first.  I will need everyone there by 8:15 and not a minute later, I'm being generous already as I'm certain all other teams will be there when doors open at 7:40.  If your late it will reflect in your playing time for the following game.  Let me know if you can't make it.  Let's dominate this tournament, I really think we can win it.  If we remember our defense and hit the way we did in our last practice then we will do well.  Also, remember we will be counting missed serves, just putting nice and easy in zone 7.

This is not a CEVA sanctioned event which means you will pack your own lunches.
See  you Saturday.  Email with any questions.

Thanks,
Rachael
